You can return the goods to us through any secure means within 14 days (from the date you receive them). The returned goods must be unused, with intact packaging and all tags intact. Please note that the original packaging is considered a part of the product. Please be careful when trying on products at home, as some products are particularly fragile.

If the product shows signs of wear and tear or changes its original state in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In this case, you can choose to send the goods back to you at your own expense.

Once the product is returned and kept in its original condition, we will issue a refund. The refund will be credited to the original buyer’s account, and the payment method will be the same as the one used when placing the order. Refunds usually arrive in the customer’s bank account within 5 working days. Please note that we will charge a return shipping fee when returning the item.
